As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for driving the company's revenue, brand, and market presence. This is not just a leadership position—it's an exciting opportunity to have a major impact on the business by fostering growth, reinforcing the brand, and ensuring continued success. You'll collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and more, to support our market leadership and maintain the strong momentum the company has gained.
Who You Are: You're a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in scaling businesses that cater to mid-market and enterprise clients. You're adept at using both direct demand generation and partnerships to grow a business. You excel at growth marketing, demand generation, and business development, and you know how to leverage inbound strategies and account-based marketing (ABM) to achieve exceptional results. Metrics matter to you—you track and measure Marketing's success through pipeline and revenue contribution and focus on key metrics such as MQL to SQL conversion, SQL to Close Won, and ICP leads generated. You're also highly skilled in managing SaaS metrics such as CAC, NRR, and Burn Ratio to optimize marketing strategies. Above all, you're a natural leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and driving success through collaboration.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and supports growth in brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Monitor and evaluate KPIs to ensure marketing performance is on track, continuously refining strategies based on data and insights.
Take ownership of marketing operations, including systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring operational excellence. This includes managing lead flow and routing in HubSpot and working closely with the RevOps team to improve processes and support efficient collaboration.
Branding, Messaging, and Positioning
Be the guardian of the company's brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with the company's values in all interactions.
Refine messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences, distinguish the brand in the marketplace, and maintain a competitive edge.
Lead initiatives to increase brand equity and awareness, creating a strong emotional connection with customers and partners.
Demand Generation & Customer Engagement
Lead end-to-end demand generation strategies that convert prospects into long-term customers.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital ads, social media, email, and events, to build a strong marketing funnel.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and to support revenue growth.
Partner with business development teams to create targeted outbound campaigns for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Ensure messaging and offers align with customer needs to drive pipeline growth.
Develop a customer advocacy program that showcases success stories through testimonials, case studies, and joint campaigns. Use customer advocates to amplify brand messaging and drive referrals.
Build and nurture a customer community, promoting collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and brand loyalty through events, forums, and user groups.
Partner and Channel Marketing
Create and implement strategic marketing programs for partners, helping them succeed and expand market demand.
Work with the partnerships team to explore co-marketing opportunities that maximize the impact of key partnerships.
Product Marketing and New Market Launches
Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and cross-team collaboration.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure successful expansion into new and emerging markets.
Lead efforts to increase the brand's presence and adoption in international markets.
Content Strategy & Creation
Define key themes and directions for content, developing a comprehensive calendar that positions the company as an industry thought leader across blogs, webinars, social media, and more.
Align content efforts with business priorities, delivering valuable insights to prospects, customers, and partners.
Focus on maximizing brand awareness through organic efforts and strategic content, including search and video platforms.
Annual Customer Events and Conferences
Plan and lead the execution of annual customer conferences and other key events. Create compelling agendas, secure engaging speakers, and develop memorable experiences that strengthen customer relationships.
Analyst Relations & Competitive Research
Cultivate strong relationships with industry analysts to enhance credibility and recognition in the market.
Drive competitive intelligence efforts that inform positioning, product development, and sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide mentorship and resources to support the professional growth and development of team members.

What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in SaaS environments.
Extensive experience leading brand, demand generation, and product marketing teams.
Success in scaling marketing organizations in Series B or growth-stage companies.
Skills & Attributes:
Expertise in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and measure ROI.
Ability to inspire and lead teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
Location: This is a remote position with some travel required. We are open to candidates based in the United States.
