Systems Administrator Location: On-site (Phoenix, AZ) Experience Level: Mid-senior Experience Required: 5 Years Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field. Position Description: Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring a skilled Systems Administrator to perform duties as a systems administrator, domain administrator, network engineer, and systems adviser. This position involves working closely with the Digital Forensic Lab (DFL). Must Have: * Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in comparable projects.
• Previous experience working on government projects.

* Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• OR equivalent education and experience with at least 2 years of computer administration in a large (1,000+ employee) workforce.

* Technical Skills:

• Expert-level management of Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, and Mellanox hardware and configurations.
• Proficiency in maintaining Storage Area Network (SAN) and Active Directory.
• Experience setting up forensic workstations and troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Skilled in installing and configuring hardware/software.

* Soft Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities: * System Administration:

• Maintain and upgrade domain and file servers.
• Perform digital backups for SAN production servers.
• Track software and user licenses.

* Network Management:

• Resolve network issues and manage upgrades.
• Plan and implement complex network architecture and systems.

* Hardware Setup:

• Configure and set up forensic workstations and other hardware.
• Provide technical support for servers, SAN, and lab networks.

* Documentation: * Create system and networking documentation, including network mapping. * Collaboration:

• Work with Certified Forensic Computer Examiners to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Assist with purchasing and maintaining antivirus software.

Additional Information:

• This position requires exposure to sensitive data regarding crimes against children.
• Must pass a rigorous background screening.
• Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Remote work is not authorized.
