Join our dynamic team as a Remote Intake Attorney where you will be the driving force behind client meetings and closing deals for our top-tier estate planning services. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, in the Colorado time zone, while maximizing your earnings.

Responsibilities :
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Mountain time. No weekends
  • Living in the mid west
  • Client Advisory (Spend 65% of your time): Guide clients through the estate planning process, educating them on their options and creating customized plans tailored to their needs
  • Client Onboarding (10% of your time): Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, setting the stage for a long-lasting relationship
  • Community Engagement (10% of your time): Actively engage with the community to attract new clients and build strategic partnerships
  • Process Improvement (5% of your time): Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the client experience

Compensation:
  • $75,000 - $90,000 yearly + bonuses
  • Full-Time Benefit after an initial probationary period of 90 days:
  • Health insurance, 50% for employees paid by the company.
  • Supplemental benefits ($50 per month stipend, employee's choice of disability, life insurance, and other supplemental benefit options). 
  • Benefits after one year of employment:
  • Retirement Account, with a 3% matching
  • 4 weeks paid vacation time (pursuant to the terms of our open vacation policy)

Qualifications

  • Must have been admitted to practice law in a jurisdiction of the United States through examination, hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, and have been engaged in the authorized, active practice of law for at least three of the last five years immediately preceding the date of application.
  • Must have practiced law in the US for 3 of the last 5 years
  • A genuine passion for helping clients navigate their estate planning needs and achieve their financial goals
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a desire to work within a supportive team environment
