Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform product design decisions. If you are passionate about creating user-centered experiences and have a strong background in research methodologies, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvement
• Plan and execute usability studies, surveys, and other research methods to gather data
• Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research into the product development process
• Create personas, user journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field
• Proficiency in research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
