Demand Generation Manager (Remote - Full-Time)

This is a remote, full-time position based in the U.S., offering an exciting opportunity to shape and execute demand generation strategies that fuel our success.
About the Role
As our Demand Generation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting marketing efforts related to demand generation, growth strategies, sales enablement, brand awareness, and pipeline development. This position requires expertise in digital marketing and marketing automation, including lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive year-over-year growth in qualified leads and pipeline through strategic email campaigns, web forms, and testing initiatives.
Regularly analyze campaign performance and engagement trends, communicating insights with sales and customer teams to enhance future strategies.
Develop and maintain reporting tools for the marketing team, providing data-driven insights into pipeline performance, content effectiveness, and channel success.
Optimize and create lead/account workflows to adapt to evolving business needs.
Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including email creation, landing pages, webinars, lead scoring, and nurture streams.
Ensure every lead is effectively nurtured by delivering the right content to the right audience at the right time.
Manage and refine lead/account scoring systems to align with the buying cycle and segmentation strategies.
Continuously improve email and lead nurturing efforts through A/B testing.
Align marketing operations with business development representatives (BDRs) to ensure lead quality, lifecycle management, and tech stack optimization.
Build detailed target personas and segmentation models to inform marketing strategies.
Create and implement processes to measure and improve database health, ensuring data accuracy and performance.
Monitor database metrics, maintaining clean and actionable data for marketing activities.
Integrate new marketing tools to boost team efficiency and lead quality.
Identify and implement processes that enhance the effectiveness of marketing workflows, such as naming conventions and QA protocols.
Manage multiple projects across marketing, sales, and IT teams, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) and email marketing platforms.
Hands-on experience with targeted email campaigns, social media strategies, and nurture programs.
Strong knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) best practices.
Expertise in database management and audience segmentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
Familiarity with front-end development (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and frameworks like AJAX or Flash Script is a plus.
Experience with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
6+ years of experience in marketing strategy or a related role.
Additional Requirements:
